'Play your part' internal communications campaign

Serco Docklands (Serco) is the franchise operator of Docklands Light Railway (DLR), Its ‘Play Your Part’ internal communications campaign is aimed at helping drive a strong push to elevate customer satisfaction.
I designed a series of ‘customer’ and ‘hero’ characters to be used in the campaign. These were featured in a variety of applications such as comic strips, desk drops and, most spectacularly, an artwork covering both walls of a 15-metre long pedestrian tunnel.
