ServiceNow Demand Center 

ServiceNow, a leader in cloud-based platforms, wanted to overhaul its underperforming partner marketing programme to increase partner satisfaction, boost participation and establish a new standard for collaborative success.

As part of the team delivering this transformation, I refreshed the Demand Center to align with the latest brand guidelines. I also designed the Partner Success Case Studies and the User Guide for the revamped platform.

Following the launch of the new Demand Center, 75% of partner registration targets were achieved within two months, while 65% of registered partners completed a briefing call within the same period.
